So you want to raise money for breast cancer awareness, but you’re not sure where to begin. Social media sites like Facebook can be a great tool if you use them properly. Here are some easy tips to help you use Facebook to raise money for breast cancer awareness this October:
1) Share Your Story- You have a reason you want to raise money for breast cancer awareness by supporting Komen for the Cure or participating in a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk; don’t be afraid to share it with your friends on Facebook. 2) Ask your friends to help – While not all of your friends may donate to your cause, many will be willing to share your wall posts with their freinds to help spread the word about your pink ribbon fundraising efforts.
